Beyond the first crews, 200 members row in junior, senior, masters and recreational squads. Most of our champions started in a learn-to-row course — four sessions, no experience, all kit provided.

Juniors (11–18): after-school squads with dedicated coaches
Seniors: six sessions a week for racers chasing selection
Masters & social: fitness, friendship and the odd medal
